Ask for a Replacement
Please be assured that if there's a product quality problem within one year from the purchase date, we can apply for a replacement unit for you with the following information provided.
1) Product serial number (on the back of the unit);
2) Product order number;
3) Purchase link where you bought this item;
4) A video or some pictures that can show the problem clearly.
Once the replacement application is approved, we will send you a replacement unit for free. However, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 30 days from the purchase date.
Replacement Service will not be provided where:
Service is requested beyond the warranty period.
Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
A product sent to BOSTO for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error. A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by BOSTO. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes. The received product has not been sent back to BOSTO 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation from BOSTO.
Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
Purchased from unauthorized resellers or unofficial platform.

Return with quality issues
You have 30 days (from date of purchase) to request a return/refund. You need to request a return in 7 calendar days past the maximum estimated delivery date OR 30 days from the order date, whichever is later. That is to say, you will have at least 7 days to request a return if there's a product quality problem.
Return without quality issues
You have at least 7 days from delivery date to request a return and refund if you are not satisfied with the product you bought or if you have some other subjective views. An 8% restocking fee and shipping fees for both ways will be borne by the buyer if returned without defects within 30 days from the purchase date or 7 days from delivery date, whichever is later.
Cancel order
If you purchased an item from Huion official site and would like to cancel your order before it’s shipped, 8% restocking fee will be borne by you, please be informed.
Promotion Period
For the promotional event “Free Shipping Promotion”, you can only apply for shipment refund (if you have already paid for it) within 3 days after you place your order.

With the warranty statement, we hope all BOSTO users can enjoy the one year product protection plan and feel reassured to choose BOSTO again.
Warranty Policy
Purchase on bostotech.com comes with twelve (12) months limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially cover software, consumable items, or accessories even if packaged or sold together with the Product.
The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials. To make a claim, present your original Proof of Purchase (invoice), model and serial number of the product, and photo and video evidence of the product’s defects to BOSTO Customer Service at After-sales or email (service@bostotech.com) us.
BOSTO may use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts and components when repairing any product. Alternatively, we may replace the defective product entirely with a rebuilt, reconditioned, or new BOSTO product.
Please note that we offer after-sales assistance for orders made on BOSTO Official Store. BOSTO accepts no liability for orders placed beyond BOSTO Official Store. For the avoidance of doubt, “UNOFFICIAL” means not purchased through bostotech.com or from an authorized BOSTO partner.
The limited warranty does not cover:
Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use; defects or damage caused by abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by BOSTO.
Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
Devices that have the serial number removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
Ordinary wear and tear.
Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by BOSTO.
Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by BOSTO.
Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
Products not purchased from bostotech.com or authorized resellers (we recommend that you contact the point of sale for support).
Products purchased from outside of officially supported BOSTO Store.
Repair(s) conducted by unofficial repair centers.
Return and Replacement Policy
BOSTO graphics tablets and accessories are made to the highest standards and undergo rigorous testing. If you are unsatisfied with your BOSTO product for any reason, you may request a return within seven (7) calendar days of delivery (or 30 days from the date of purchase). Once we have approved your request, we receive your product, and such a product passes inspection, we will give you a refund in accordance with the price you paid for the product, but we are not able to refund any shipping fees paid.
About the returned item:
*Must be in undamaged condition and with original packaging (we will deduct your part of the money for missing accessories or damaged package if we agree to accept this kind of return item).
*The return shipping fee for the Return/Replacement items will not be covered by BOSTO.
*This warranty is only redeemable within the original region of purchase.
We may choose not to accept returns in certain situations, including, without limitation, the following circumstances:
Defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, incorrect adjustment, normal wear and tear, or incorrect installation after purchase.
Price fluctuations being the sole reason for return.
In all cases, we will inspect the product(s) and verify any fault. To qualify for a replacement or refund, devices must be in undamaged, ‘as new’ condition, and with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product returned is reasonably deemed to have been damaged.
