• Orders are shipped within two (2) business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special events may have longer shipping times, at the discretion of BOSTO. In such cases, customers will be separately informed in advance.
• It usually takes about 2-5 working day to the United States or Europe.(Holiday not included.)
• It takes about 7-15 working day to elsewhere (outside the US and Europe)

Our warehouses are strategically located in the Hong Kong. This ensures that most products will be shipped from Hong Kong warehouse. However, for certain accessories, we may ship them from our China warehouse.

There is always a possibility that a technical defect occurs with your Bosto product! In case you have placed your order through Bostotech.com and you are still within the twelve (12) months limited warranty period, our professionals will be happy to help you! Feel free to contact us to return your order free of charge so that it can be repaired / a replacement can be sent to you! If you have not placed your order through Bostotech.com, you are no longer covered within the two-year warranty period or you have caused damage to your Bosto product yourself, we unfortunately cannot help you further.

Purchase on store.bostotech.com comes with twelve (12) months limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially cover software, consumable items, or accessories even if packaged or sold together with the Product.
